Duty Manager at Starbucks, Liverpool Airport AS

Pay Rate: £12.63 per hour (£14.13 for every hour worked between midnight and 6 am)

Shift pattern: Scheduled between 3am and 9pm , including weekends.

Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations. Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.

AS A DUTY MANAGER YOU'LL:

Have at least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in a hospitality or retail role Take charge of creating a clean, welcoming atmosphere that surpasses customer expectations, consistently aiming to improve service. Guide and support your colleagues, maintaining a safe working and dining environment whilst being the go-to person for day-to-day queries Coordinate team efforts. You'll oversee the unit's opening and closing, ensuring operational excellence, adhering to guidelines, and completing necessary documentation. Focus on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance, championing improvements and simplifying operations. Recognise and celebrate exceptional service within the team, leading by example, promoting inclusivity and motivation. Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and make thoughtful decisions, ensuring the team's success and delivering excellence in customer service.
