Your new company
Our client, a boutique MGA based in the city of London, is looking for a Commercial Claims Handler specialising within Commercial Property and Commercial Liability to join their organisation.
Salary is very competitive, and you will be working for an internationalbrand within the industry.Your new role
In your new role you will be tasked with managing claims across the commercial Property and Liability line of business, you will need to keep an efficient diary system for all claims and will be expected to develop and maintain effective relationships withcolleagues, clients and other external stakeholders of the business.
You will have to acknowledge all new claims to clients and insurers and ensure the best possible outcome for both parties often negotiating claims on behalf of the client, you will need to be able to prioritise claims and organise workflow accordingly and youwill be expected to maintain your awareness of current market practice and initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need fantastic communication skills both written and oral, great organisation and time management skills and have significant claims technical experience within the commercial, property and liability line of business.
You will be a great team player and you will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail as you will hold a CERT CII certificate or working towards this, and you will be a natural problem solver.
