Job Title:
Sales Representative

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the retail store
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Monitor inventory
  • Conduct regular merchandising
  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed business decisions
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Train and mentor new employees on company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in math for handling cash transactions and inventory management
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior

Responsibilities:

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Salford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
