Band 7 CAMHS Initial Assessment Nurse

We're working with a local NHS Trust who are seeking a CAMHS Initial Assessment Nurse to join their CAMHS Service in Barking. You'll be responsible to carry out IA and robust mental health assessments, risk assessments followed by a risk management plan on all young people and children referred to CAMHS.

Department: CAMHS Service

Location: Barking

Rate of pay: £31 p/h Umbrella

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Contract: 3 month initial contract with the view of extension

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC pin (CAMHS background).
  • Experience delivering clinically robust mental health assessment, risk assessment and management.
