I am working on behalf of a growing domiciliary care company in the North-East of Cambridgeshire, who are looking for a very experienced Registered Manager to grow the business and hours of care being provided.
The Company:
- Deliver bespoke homecare across Cambridgeshire
- Currently provide 600 hours of care per week
- Works closely with Cambridgeshire County Council
- They provide mainly domiciliary care & some livein care
The Role:
- Be able to write tenders for Local Authority funding
- Develop the business and grow the hours of care per week through marketing and networking
- Prepare for the upcoming first CQC inspection of the company
- Ensure the levels of care are continually kept at a high standard
- Overseeing a team of 13 carers
Required competencies:
- Management experience within a domiciliary care setting is essential
- Proven track record of growth & line management of staff
- Excellent people management/communication skills
- Exceptional knowledge of CQC standards and carrying out audits
- Knowledge of Cambridgeshire area desirable
- Passionate about delivering highquality care
- Eager to grow a young business
