If you have experience in training delivery, strong communication, and administrative skills, you could be our next Learning and Development Partner:
- The Job:
- Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday
- Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 p.a. D.O.E.
- Location:
You'll have the option to work hybrid between our Portsmouth office and home, conducting training on-site regularly.
As a Learning and Development Partner, you'll be part of our Talent and Development team, reporting to the Head of Talent and Development, collaborating with the People team at our Portsmouth office.
You'll lead the induction process for new support colleagues, manage our 2-day induction program, develop workshops for existing staff, and curate content for our Learning Management System.
Acting as the primary contact for L&D, you'll engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate functional skills training and apprenticeships.
Your strong organization and presentation skills, along with workshop delivery experience, will ensure smooth inductions and ongoing support for colleagues.
