Our client, a proudly independent veterinary surgery, is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join their team. This multi-award-winning hospital site is part of the London Veterinary Surgeries group, a trusted provider of top-quality veterinary care to over 8,000 pet owners in the local area. As Hospital Manager, you will play a key role in the success of this well-established veterinary surgery, which has been serving the community for over 35 years. You will have the opportunity to lead a 12-vet team with certificate holders and a dedicated nursing staff. This position offers excellent career development opportunities and a supportive work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care. You will manage a team of veterinarians and support staff, including a Deputy Manager, Head Nurse, and Customer Service Manager. Collaboration with senior clinical staff is essential to maintain the highest standards of veterinary care. The hospital is well-equipped with advanced veterinary equipment, including CT, ultrasound, digital radiography, laser therapy, full orthopaedic kits, and high-quality Doppler ultrasound. These resources are essential for delivering top-notch care to furry patients. The Role:

  • Full Time role - 40 hour week
  • Hours on shift between 7.30am and 7pm
  • Hours to work for you Benefits:
