Rota Schedule
Shift patterns are flexible around venue opening times & demands. You will need to be available for key calendar dates, events & functions.


Working under the senior managers, you will be supported in delivering great guest experiences whilst developing your own skills and career.


  • Evidence of successful project work in previous roles.

  • Our sales coordinators are encouraged to challenge the norm & use their creativity & initiative to drive sales whilst building a venue that our team love to work in & our guests love to be in.
  • Identify and maximise prebooked sales, through proactively driving prebooked events.
  • Create and execute a sales plan for the venue, detailing clear targets and objectives for the team.
  • Manage & encourage guest feedback.
  • Set up initiatives with local businesses and events companies.
  • Attend networking events, raising the profile of the venue within the local community.
  • Manage venue social media and driving existing sessions.
  • Confidence to let your personalityshine.
  • Confidence in running & managing functions & guest experience being part of the action and helping on the floor.
