Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a related role.
  • A proven sales record and excellent communication skills.
  • Good accuracy and numerical skills, as well as competence in IT systems.
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude, with a commitment to contributing to the growth of the business.
  • Excellent travel product knowledge and a good working knowledge of tour operator systems.
  • Good sales and presentation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with excellent communication skills.
  • A recognized travel qualification is desirable.
