Regulatory and Safety Affairs is a critical function within R&D: a key partner in developing the right portfolio strategy for brilliant innovation, activation in our markets and secure the products during all product life cycle. We actively engage externally with stakeholders and regulators to anticipate and credibly influence changes to the regulatory environment, and we bring that regulatory intelligence back to Reckitt to drive better informed business decisions. We lead the thinking internally about what is possible and put forward ideas that become reality, acting as stewards of our brands and our company to deliver compliant and competitively positioned products to the people we serve.

Regulatory Operations Associate Nutritionals & VMS

As Regulatory Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the content of dossiers and data packages and will ensure timely compilation, preparation of relevant part of dossiers and packages to support internal file maintenance, variations and registration changes globally. Primarily you will be supporting within the supplements portfolio with the opportunity to support the Nutritional brands overall.

As a key associate of our Global Regulatory Operations within the Regulatory and Safety Team, you will lead the strategy for the optimal execution for the relevant parts of the registration files and will ensure regional and market approval registrations where required in collaboration with local regulatory teams.

Your responsibilities

Responsible for the operations input into the development of innovative global regulatory strategies to support global product initiatives. Managing a complex and diverse set of regulatory requirements and landscape overview across multiple markets to enable dossier maintenance and compliance post launch. Work collaboratively within the RAS strategy, local market and intelligence teams, Medical, R&D and commercial cross-functional community to define global dossier requirements and documentation and deliver high quality data packages. Highlights of any potential issues, working with the authoring functions and LRA. Responsible for delivery of submissions to agreed operations time frames and collaborate across partner functions to ensure timely delivery of all information required.

The experience we're looking for

You bring prior experience in regulatory affairs and knowledge in dossier creation and global registrations. Knowledge of the Regional and Global regulatory environment and how it impacts regulatory dossiers and registrations Experience in preparing and submitting dossiers and supporting documentation. You have the knowledge and understanding of global product development and maintenance for Reckitt products, rules, regulations and guidelines current and emerging impacting dossiers/regulatory file maintenance. You have scientific credentials with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) / Master of Science (MS) degree in a relevant scientific discipline – such as Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Microbiology, Pharmacy You are a creative, results focused individual with a strong passion for working collaboratively with cross functional teams, built on technical credibility, trust and strong relationships.
