About the position: Regulatory Operations Household and General Products Associate Kingston Upon Hull Competitive Salary & Benefits: 25 Days Annual Leave, Bonus, Pension Contribution, Internal Closing date: 5th June 2024

As an Associate in Regulatory Operations for General Products & Household, you will oversee the content of dossiers, notifications, and supporting data packages. You will be responsible for timely compilation, preparation, registration, and data management to support the internal maintenance, changes, and registrations for the General Product and Household portfolio.

Effective management of dossiers and registration data is a critical aspect of Regulatory Operations and the broader Regulatory and Safety team. Timely delivery of registration dossiers and compliance data is central to the role of the regulatory operations team.

Your responsibilities:
  • Responsible for contributing to the development of innovative global regulatory strategies to support general product and household initiatives worldwide.
  • Management of a diverse set of regulatory requirements across multiple markets to facilitate dossier maintenance and compliance post-launch.
  • Collaborate across teams to define global switch dossier requirements and deliver high-quality switch packages, highlighting potential issues and working with relevant functions.
  • Timely delivery of submissions and coordination with partner functions to ensure all necessary information is provided promptly.
  • Ensure delivery of dossiers and documents aligns with plans and implement prioritization effectively in collaboration with the Regulatory Operations Manager.
The desired experience:
  • Prior experience in regulatory affairs, with expertise in dossier creation, global registrations, and working with regulatory systems and trackers
  • Understanding of the Regional and Global regulatory landscape and its impact on regulatory dossiers and registrations
  • Experience in preparing and submitting dossiers and supporting documentation
  • Knowledge of global product development and maintenance for Reckitt products, staying updated on regulations and guidelines affecting dossiers and regulatory maintenance
  • A creative, results-oriented individual with a strong inclination towards collaborative work with cross-functional teams, grounded in technical expertise, trust, and strong relationships
