Regulatory Operations Household and General Products Associate

As Associate Regulatory Operations General Products & Household, you will be responsible for the content of dossiers (where applicable), notifications and supporting data packages and will ensure timely compilation, preparation of relevant part of dossiers, registration and relevant data to support internal file maintenance, changes and registration changes for the General Product and Household portfolio.

Management of dossiers and other registration data is a critical and integral part of Regulatory Operations and the wider Regulatory and Safety organization. Delivery of the registration dossier and compliance data requirements are key to the role of the regulatory operations team.

Your responsibilities
  • Responsible for the operations input into the development of innovative global regulatory strategies to support global general product and household initiatives.
  • Managing a complex and diverse set of regulatory requirements and landscape overview across multiple markets to enable dossier/notification maintenance and compliance post launch.
  • Work collaboratively within the RAS strategy, local market and intelligence teams, Medical, R&D and commercial cross-functional community to define global switch dossier requirements and documentation and deliver high quality switch packages. Highlights of any potential issues, working with the authoring functions and LRA.
  • Responsible for delivery of submissions to agreed operations time frames and collaborate across partner functions to ensure timely delivery of all information required.
  • Ensuring through dynamic resourcing with the Regulatory Operations Manager that dossiers and relevant documents are delivered as per plans and that appropriate and aligned prioritization is implemented.
The experience we're looking for
  • You bring prior experience in regulatory affairs and knowledge in dossier creation and global registrations as well as working in regulatory systems and trackers
  • Knowledge of the Regional and Global regulatory environment and how it impacts regulatory dossiers and registrations
  • Experience in preparing and submitting dossiers and supporting documentation.
  • You have the knowledge and understanding of global product development and maintenance for Reckitt products, rules, regulations and guidelines current and emerging impacting dossiers/regulatory file maintenance.
  • You are a creative, results focused individual with a strong passion for working collaboratively with cross functional teams, built on technical credibility, trust and strong relationships.
