Pure are pleased to be working exclusively with a growing and exciting organisation who are looking to recruit for a Bid & Tender Coordinator based in Southend On Sea.

This role is based on a 12 months maternity cover. You will be responsible for the coordinationand preparation of complex or specialist customer proposals and tender submissions.

Main responsibilities:

  • Registering interest through web portals, European Journal, public sector notices and new business opportunities
  • Detailed preparation and submission of tender responses ensuring that all proposal documentation is prepared to the highest standard, as appropriate to meet deadlines including chairing strategy meetings and debrief meetings
  • Responsible for producing monthly reports including KPIs and Won/Lost Information
  • Completion of complex questionnaires
  • Ensuring process compliance

Requirements::

  • Previous experience within Tendering/Bids Administration role is essential
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work towards deadlines and under pressure
  • Strong work ethic and drive
  • Good IT skills
