  • OrmskirkMilk Education are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant for an 'Outstanding' Secondary School in Ormskirk to work on a long term basis starting as soon as possible You will be assigned to pupils on a 1:1 basis and provide general class support.

  • Encourage and find ways to engage pupils in their work
  • Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
  • Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
  • Deliver catch-up sessionsLearning Support Assistant Non-negotiables:
  • Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.
