Operations Administrator required to join an organisation specialising in the delivery of environmental and civil construction projects. This is a permanent position, based in the Banchory area in Aberdeenshire.


As Operations Administrator, you'll be responsible for the management of the project operational records and financial data required to facilitate smooth setup, running and completion jobs.


Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Operations Manager to assist with the coordination of plant hire and project procurement.
  • Arranging deliveries to site and yard as required.
  • Maintaining PO register and Plant Hire register.
  • Ensuring job register is kept up to date with information received from Senior Management.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate job records on SharePoint for all awarded contracts to ensure appropriate team members can access the information they need quickly.
  • Arranging accommodation for team members working away from home as required.
  • Ensuring all revised project documents are uploaded to appropriate SharePoint sites and advising relevant personnel.
  • Ensuring subcontractor paperwork is issued to subcontractors and completed and returned prior to commencement of work.
  • Arranging regular submission of paperwork from site to be uploaded.
  • Experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
