  • Monitor performance of Warehouse Colleagues
  • Manage Warehouse Colleagues within the warehouse
  • Extracting information from the system
  • Monitoring productivity within the warehouse
  • Tracking warehouse performance daily
  • Assisting the Shift Manager with reviews, 1:1's etc.

  • Must have previous Team Leader experience, preferably within a warehouse environment
  • Must be IT literate and confident with IT systems
