About the Role:
As the Incident Response Manager, you will oversee incident response and business recovery, managing contractors, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and fulfilling promises to customers regarding repairs and maintenance of shared spaces and equipment like lifting gear and fire safety systems.
Team leadership in communication and progress updates is crucial for effective repair resolutions.
