**A day in the life:**
You'll work on a shift pattern at one of our sites, focusing on safety culture, quality standards, and shift performance. Overseeing process improvements and driving implementation, from routine team management to operational contingencies. Additionally, you'll serve as a mentor to new managers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree
- Experience in people management
- Communication skills with various stakeholders
- Utilization of data for influencing business decisions
- Proficiency in verbal and written English and local language
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
