- Execute EU network standards, strategize preventative maintenance, and guarantee technical readiness.
- Work alongside team members to gather and evaluate data aimed at enhancing operational processes.
- Facilitate and support both site-specific and network-wide initiatives.
- Guide, support, and mentor your team to foster their professional growth.
As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Area Manager, your role will be to integrate the various components that contribute to a supportive and efficient work environment.
Your primary objective will be to lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians focused on ensuring equipment reliability.
Basic Qualifications- A UK Higher National Diploma (HND), Higher National Certificate (HNC), BTEC National Diploma (OND), Ieng, CEng, or ILM L4+
- Experience as part of a maintenance team in an industrial or production setting managing complex business processes.
- Proven experience in leading an engineering team.
- Experience in managing relationships with various stakeholders, including third-party vendors.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, with upper-intermediate proficiency in the local language.
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:
- A relevant degree.
- Experience with statutory regulations, compliance checks, and machinery safety protocols.
- Familiarity with automated equipment, including packaging machinery, sortation, and conveyor systems.
- Experience utilizing data analysis tools and PLC-based control systems.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies or continuous improvement processes such as Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
