As a Customer Liaison Officer and Property Inspector you will be part of our Building Defects team, assisting our Building Surveyors with complex repair issues including damp and mould, structural concerns and disruptive repair projects.

You will play a key role ensuring effective communication, support and engagement with our customers from initial inspections to completed repairs.


Through effective communication skills and a problematic approach you will liaise with our customers on complex repair needs whilst also understanding the diverse needs of each individual customer.

You will need a good working knowledge of ICT packages including excel with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage a demanding workload to meet a variety of deadlines.
