As an agency they are perfectly placed to deliver, creative and effective social and content campaigns at scale and we are looking for someone to lead the agency output and client relationships.

Overview of the role


• Working as part of the multi-award winning Create Team at, the Head of Social will be the go-to person for all things social (excluding paid media).


• We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead this discipline, leading a team delivering exceptional social strategic solutions, and industry leading content and creator campaigns


• This person will be responsible for managing strong senior client relationships and contracts for retained clients – shaping teams and processes to deliver on their unique requirements.


• The ideal candidate will have a really strong knowledge and contact base in social media.


• The ideal hire will demonstrate great knowledge of what really drives business results for brands.


• The candidate will keep up to date with industry trends and opportunities. We want a thought leader in this space, someone who is abreast of the latest news and developments in this space and has a point of view on applying them to clients' business.


• Your knowledge of 'made for social' content production will be detailed and extensive and you'll be able to deliver cost effective content that delivers on objectives and shoots that come in on budget.


• You'll have the support of the Head of Creativity and Create Leadership team – that spans media creativity and media partnerships and you'll be passionate about how social can contribute to the overall marketing plan.


• You will have good knowledge of working with paid media specialists and be in a position to leverage some of the strongest relationships with the key social channels.

Specific Deliverables

LEAD A TEAM:

Drive a positive external profile for its senior leadership team at trade, vertical and national levels.

This will include:

Motivate, develop and manage a high performing team

Set the direction for the proposition of growth

DRIVE SUCCESS:

Setting out why and where creator marketing sits in a media plan and delivering strong strategic foundations for creator campaigns

Advocating for why creator marketing is right to solve client challenges

Create campaigns linked to outcomes and drive value and effectiveness in all the team's campaigns

Work with effectiveness leads and third-party measurement partners to prove effectiveness of creator marketing

BUILD TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS:

Generate strong and trusted client relationships with retained clients and ensure delivery of service that leads to positive client referral ratings

Build brand count (numbers of clients we work with in the agency)

Pitch creative ideas (in brief and proactively) to clients
