Job Introduction

We are looking for an Events Corporate Receptionist to provide a great first impression of our company and be part of our dedicated team for one of our multi-property client sites based in London.


The Events Corporate receptionist is responsible for the Ground Floor reception including the management of the events space and bookings.

This role is working Monday to Fridays, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring a seamless and personal guest journey
  • Welcoming guests at reception
  • Acting on all requests that guests might have in a efficient, friendly and timely manner.
  • Handling external and internal calls in a professional manner
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient communication and guest service, and creating a 'one team' approach to delighting your guests
  • Flexible and adaptable to providing ad hoc services as and when required
  • Always acting according to Rapport and the client's standards
  • First point of contact for all tenants and guests entering the building, adhering to visitor management check in procedures.
  • Management of event space and bookings in the club lounge on the 15th Floor.
  • Demonstration of service excellence, creating seamless guest experiences.
