We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to be part of a dedicated team that works together to provide excellent customer service.
You will be a key part of the Tuffnells team and play a huge part in our growth and success.
This role is about more than just customer service, it is about putting our customers at the heart of what we do every day.
This role is 37.5 working hours per week,Monday - Friday 09:00 until 17:00.

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will provide direct customer service support to the Top 5 customers at their home depot.
You will pro-actively seek out any potential issues and deal with them, whilst working to ensure that customer queries and complaints are actioned to a high degree of customer satisfaction and excellence.
You will also work to fulfill any other duties as reasonably requested.You will need to
- Ideally have some previous experience working in customer service
- Have telephone/call centre experience
- Be motivated and passionate and have a strong track record of delivering great customer service
- Have a strong work ethic and desire to work as a team to help Tuffnells succeed
- Demonstrate excellent communication both verbally and written
