What You Will Be Doing

  • Experienced professional to oversee scoping estimates and manage creative agency engagements
  • Must have experience in briefing and setting up Adobe Campaign workflow
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Strong problemsolving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies a plus
  • Develop and improve marketing performance with rigorous testing procedures
  • Achieve higher efficiency and greater scale with automation
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance data to identify areas of improvement
  • Continually develop and improve marketing performance through rigorous testing procedures to achieve higher efficiency and greater scale with automation
  • Supporting Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager and Adobe specialist in triggered journey strategies.
  • Ongoing optimisation and roll out of triggered journeys, ensuring these are reflective of menu and seasonal updates, as well as targeted for audience types where.
  • Must get under the skin of the brands and messaging to ensure that each execution is brand and audience appropriate
  • Support in some workflow roll out for triggered journeys (initially implemented by our Adobe specialist)
