This opportunity is based in our London office, and reports to our Global Marketing Director.We are looking for someone to come in and take ownership of our creative marketing whist supporting our Marketing Director with other projects.
The role offers a huge amount of autonomy and trust to design and executive a social media strategy as well as using their skills to be in charge of design and development of all branding and graphics needed.
Produce high-quality visual designs and videos for both digital and social using existing brand elements and guidelinesDesign and artwork origination of business literature, marketing and advertising materials, such as sales/team one pagers, presentations and hiring graphics
Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy across the brands
Create a calendar of social media posts and captions using brand library and newly created content across all platforms and brands in advance for approval
Source curated content for approval and scheduling via Hubspot
Experience in video creation and editing
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
Proficiency in video editing software, Capcut
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
