Your main responsibilities on a day to day basis will be:
  • Digital Content Creation:Develop and produce high
  • quality digital content for our Employee App, including written, visual, and multimedia materials tailored to internal communication and training needs.

Internal Employee Communication:
Create, manage, and deliver engaging communications to keep employees informed, motivated, and aligned with organizational goals and updates.

Digital Training Material:
Design and develop digital training materials that are interactive and effective, supporting the organizations learning and development programs.

Program Development:
Establish and implement a structured communication program that aligns with the organizations strategic objectives and enhances employee engagement.

Content Strategy:


Plan and execute a content strategy that ensures consistency in messaging and branding across all digital communications and training materials.


Feedback and Improvement:
Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to continuously improve communication strategies and training materials.

Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive and integrated communication efforts.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication and training programs, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Communications

Develop and deliver comms content that meets the needs of our frontline employees and improves overall employee engagement.
Develop departmental communication strategies and action plans, targeted to relevant audiences, which support business objectives and deliver results.

Build relationships and co-ordinating with employees at all levels throughout the UK to capture latest news updates from all business areas.

Develop and lead on all branding in the app to ensure a high-quality image across all areas.
System administration including uploading of all communications to correct audiences.
Regular reporting on key metrics to demonstrate activity levels across the employee app.
Training

Creation of detailed storyboards outlining the flow and structure of digital training modules.
Design and create interactive, multimedia learning materials including e-learning modules (SCORM files), videos and other digital assets.
Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and meets the learning preferences of the target audience.
Develop strategies to maximise user engagement and knowledge retention.

System administration to upload training materials to the correct target audience at the time required to ensure compliance of training records.

Reporting on training completion and other associated key metrics.
To be successful in this role you will need:
  • Excellent command of the English language
in both written and verbal communication to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
Bachelors

degree

in communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferable.
Proven

experience in digital content

creation , internal communications, and/or training material development.
Strong writing , editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in using

digital content creation tools and platforms .
Ability to

manage multiple projects

and meet deadlines.
Creative and innovative thinking with attention to detail.
