TSR Legal are working with a friendly firm who are seeking a Legal Secretary/ Administrator to support the Property & Private Client team in Port Talbot.

The firm are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has great typing/ audio skills.

This position will involve communicating with clients and other individuals therefore a good telephone manner and the ability to communicate with different people is key.

This is a support with legal assistant duties as well as secretarial e.g. opening & closing files etc. You will work closely with the Director and a Solicitor supporting them daily.

Benefits with the firm:

Salary negotiable depending on experience
Full time Monday

  • Friday 9am 5pm
Experience of undertaking Legal Secretarial work or working within property or private client
To have excellent communication both written and verbally
The ability to build great relationships with others
Typing experience
