As a Contact Centre Team Lead, you will lead a team of 20 Client Services Advisors who handle telephone enquiries and book patient appointments.
As a Contact Centre Team Lead you will:
Lead a team of call handlers to provide exceptional customer service
Support the Patient Services Manager to achieve the departmental targets through effectual and efficient leadership of your Client Services Advisors
Support, develop and coach your team, balancing performance, and productivity to ensure a well-rounded team
Ensure targets and call abandonment rates are met
Be part of an exciting, varied and dynamic environment
Bring your skills to deliver excellent customer service, every time
