  • Ensure guests receive high-quality service and motivate your team to meet performance targets.
  • Execute inbound and outbound revenue campaigns and collaborate with the GM of Marketing.
  • Drive KPIs, service levels, and revenue generation through effective management.
  • Monitor quality and performance, gather customer feedback, and continuously improve the guest experience.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity enhancements while building strong internal relationships.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in call center management with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Proficiency in using management tools to drive performance improvements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and influencing skills.
