We are looking to hire an Administrator to work in our small, friendly office located in Maldon.

This is an exciting role for someone that is willing to learn and loves being part of a smaller team.

The Administrator will be working alongside and assisting the Health & Safety Manager. The Administrator will be fully supported by the team and training will be provided.

CCS Jeweltone is a property & rope access solutions company. Our operatives carry out rope access, window cleaning, high level cleaning, access equipment installation and pest control works. Our office in Maldon manages these works and our operatives.

This is a full time office based role.

Our office is based in Maldon CM9, in a quiet location down by the river just off the high street.


The role of the administrator is to support the H&S Manager and other members of the team in respect of all work activities, including quality management system, legal compliance and H&S.


Duties will include:

  • Scanning & Filing documents
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Taking telephone calls
  • Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Helping the Health & Safety Manager keep up to date with current legislations and accreditations
  • Assisting with internal and external audits (IRATA, RISQS, FORS & ISO9001)
  • Monitoring plant and equipment, with guidance from the Director, H&S Manager and IRATA Technical Authority.
  • Maintaining training records and distribute relevant safety information to all staff.
  • Assisting the H&S Manager with maintaining fleet management within the company ensures that all elements of the road haulage and transport business are managed and compliant, including all workrelated road safety, training and maintenance.
  • Helping with general administrative duties

Required Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications and Training:
Must be willing to learn about Rope Access and Health and Safety.

Admin experience and confident with Microsoft Excel and Word.

The Administrator will be working alongside the Health & Safety Compliance Manager and will receive guidance from the team.

From £22,000.00 per year
