- Support the project with data input and administration or text documents
- Responsible for generating and checking records to ensure that the project runs smoothly and efficiently
- Help identify data problems, collate issues for resolution, identify trends or risks.
- Test software, systems, and workflows for errors and verification.
- Any other existing or new tasks needed to meet the team's responsibilities and objectives that are required to fulfil the role as and when required.
Key skills:
- Skills with Microsoft Excel and the ability to lean new software and processes
- Selfmotivated and comfortable working independently, but also have the ability to work well within a small team.
- Flexible approach to work and open to change.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail, diligent with a willingness to spend lengthy periods recording and checking data.
- Patient and an ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Methodical but efficient; well organised.
- Be proactive, confident to question when something does not seem right.
- Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, in order to exchange information clearly and accurately.
