Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to clinicians and medical staff, including taking minutes of meetings and updating agendas/actions logs.
- Answer queries, progress chase, and resolve issues for clinical/medical staff or patients, providing non-clinical advice or information as needed.
- Produce clinical letters/reports for patients and input into clinical and administrative systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Responsible for following standard processes/procedures and contributing to service development through making suggestions at team meetings.
- Establish effective relationships with external contacts and partnership agencies, ensuring Provide is represented as an outstanding organisation.
- 3 years administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- NVQ or equivalent qualification in administration.
- Training in Microsoft Office to intermediate level.
