YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To carry out accurate and branded estimates in a professional manner and adhere to strict time guidelines.
Invoicing and allocation of work to ensure department meets profit and turnover targets.
To deal with incoming insurance notifications in a timely manner.
To compile estimates using customer supplied images.
To carry out cost effective appraisals on Approved Used cars.
To identify and upsell additional damage to customers vehicles already in for repair.
To identify and upsell additional work to include tyres and wheel alignments.
To generate repair Guarantees for repairs completed.
To follow up Estimates generated and book in repairs.
To inspect and diagnose and submit potential Warranty claims.
To accurately invoice repairs to insurers in a timely manner.
To hand over completed repairs to our customers and advise on the repairs carried out.
