We are looking to expand and strengthen our current Response Teams at the CBS for the upcoming season 2023/2024.

Match days at Coventry City Football Club are typically on the weekend, with some weekday evenings matches.

This is a causal position which would work around a different job or childcare

You responsible Duties Include:

  • The safe access and comfort of spectators visiting the stadium
  • Identifying and reporting any incident, occurrence or hazard among spectators and report to a supervisor
  • Ensuring that Coventry City Football Club standards are upheld by being the first line of contact with guests and provide a welcoming environment to provide the best experience and visit at CBS Arena
  • Smooth Operation of Ingress/Egress
  • Responding to incidents quickly and professional
  • Customer Service

You will have

  • A can do attitude and be prepared to help the team
  • Excellent Overall Presentable appearance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be polite and courteous
  • An SIA License (required for SIA role +1 Year Experience Essential )
