The Opportunity:
nYour work will be reaching millions of people globally every single day across all our platforms.

Some audiences will be familiar with our brand and some will be finding it for the first time, your work must be able to capture the attention of both at the same time via your creative, experimental and innovative social first story-telling, As a Social Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating thumb-stopping social videos to drive maximum growth and engagement with our audience across all social channels.

You will play a crucial role in crafting the edit of our social content to elevate our brand and engage our communities.

This position requires an exceptional understanding of various social media platforms, trends and algorithms.


Key ResponsibilitiesnCollaborate with the wider marketing and social team to develop creative concepts for social media videos that focus on driving the best outcomes across individual channels.

nEdit videos to create impactful content, incorporating graphics, effects, and music to enhance the overall video quality and increase engagementnEnsure videos are optimised for different social media platforms and adhere to brand guidelinesnObsess over data-led social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions in your editnManage and organise video footage and assetsnAssist with video shoots, including setting up and operating equipmentnStay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our social media video editsnExperiment with new ideas and concepts that deliver measurable results and gains across all platformsnCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding in our video edits across all social media channelsnAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while consistently exemplifying our culture and values


RequirementsnMust HavesnExtensive experience as a video editor, preferably in a social media or brand agencynProficient in video editing software Adobe Premiere PronProficient in graphics, effects, and music licencingnKnowledge of social media platforms, their video specifications, trends and algorithmsnExceptional commitment to organisation and organisational tools and software to ensure working priorities are tightly managednAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslynA passion for social media and staying ahead of industry trendsnStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively, which can regularly require working outside of Monday-FridaynExcellent communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts.nNice To HavesnA keen interest in AI & examples of how it has or will create optimal Social Video outcomesnExperience in a similar role, in a YouTube first or Personal Brand led environmentnBudget management skillsnLocationnLondon - Shoreditch ~ we are an in-person-first culture and believe in fostering a vibrant and work environment centred around connection and community.
