The Opportunity:

nCan you stop someone's scroll in its tracks? As our Thumbnail Editor you will be responsible for developing data-driven creative concepts, compositing and designing out those concepts at speed and to a super high quality.

A strong understanding of photoshop and photo manipulation is essential to succeed in this role.

You will work closely with the production and editing team to create world-class data-informed thumbnails for Youtube that delivers on the promise of our videos to drive the maximum clicks and view duration.

Key ResponsibilitiesnAbility to concept new and original ideas based on experimentation and a data science approachnGenerate realistic/eye catching thumbnails using photoshop and photo manipulation skillnStay up to date with current trends/best practices within the thumbnail spacenCoordinate with the production and editing team to make sure we are capturing all assets necessary for the creation of our thumbnails to deliver on video promisenCollaborating with other team members to generate the best designs possible


RequirementsnMust HavesnStrong photoshop experiencenAdvanced in photo manipulationnGreat understanding of visual design principles and elementsnUnderstanding of data analysis and data informed decision makingnWorking knowledge of graphic/visual trends in thumbnail designnStrong attention to deadlines and schedulesnFlexibility to adapt with changing timelines and deliverablesnPassionate about YouTubenAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while consistently exemplifying our culture and valuesnStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively, which can regularly require working outside of Monday-FridaynExcellent communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.nNice To HavesnA keen interest in AI & examples of how it has or will create optimal Editing outcomesn3D experiencenAbility to create hand drawn conceptsnLocationnLondon - Shoreditch ~ we are an in-person-first culture and believe in fostering a vibrant and work environment centred around connection and community.
