Videographer & Editor at a London-based Sustainable Retail Company

I am collaborating with an innovative sustainable retail company in search of a skilled videographer and editor to join their dynamic team.

As a videographer and editor, you will have a pivotal role in producing exceptional video content for various digital platforms, including advertising channels, website, and organic content.

Working closely with the digital advertising team, you will be responsible for crafting top-tier concepts that effectively communicate the brand's narrative in a compelling and immersive manner.

Location: London Salary: £50k Working Environment: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Drive idea generation for digital advertising concepts and video projects
  • Develop storyboards, scout shoot locations, arrange actors, and secure equipment
  • Lead video production and editing from concept to final execution
  • Collaborate with growth and brand teams to create captivating ads aligning with brand narrative
  • Manage editing process with efficient feedback loops

Requirements:

  • Skilled self-shooting editor and videographer with over 3 years of experience
  • Proficient with a variety of equipment including 4K+ cameras, DSLRs, and iPhones
  • Expertise in social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Experienced in fast-paced environments with a focus on testing and iteration
  • Resourceful with the ability to work within limited budgets
  • Strong in handling briefs, production process, and storytelling
  • Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and color grading

*Previous experience with physical products is a plus*
