Payroll Administrator - Sunderland/Hybrid - Up to 25K

  • 2/3 days in the office per weekJGA are recruiting a Payroll Administrator to join a well-established company in Sunderland.

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll-related activities are conducted in a timely and accurate manner.


Payroll Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy of all calculations.
  • Maintaining employee records, including holiday and sickness records.
  • Liaising with employees and HR team to ensure all payroll queries are resolved promptly.
  • Reconciling payroll accounts to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Assisting with the preparation of payroll reports.
  • Ensuring all payroll processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Payroll Administrator Skills:

  • Knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
