About the Role

Duties & Responsibilities will Include:

  • Manage weekly and monthly payroll cycles
  • Weekly timesheet input into Sage 50 Payroll
  • Statutory deductions and payments to HMRC
  • Ensuring Full Payment Submissions and Employer Payment Summaries are made to HMRC on a timely basis
  • Preparation of P60's and P11D's etc
  • Pension Administration
  • Pension reconciliations and uploads to pension providers portals
  • Other payroll creditor reconciliations
  • Absence Administration
  • General finance administration

About You

  • Essential_
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills.
  • Experience of processing high volume payroll payments
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Must be able to work to strict timescales and meet deadlines.
  • Desirable_
  • Experience of Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll
  • Knowledge of CIJC Working Rule Agreement
