Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers
  • Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction

Skills:

  • Prior experience in customer service or call center is beneficial
  • Ability to analyse customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions

From £24,958.56 per year
