I am currently recruiting for enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to work in a lovely primary school in Manchester. You would be working with a year 5 child who has Autism. The role is to start asap on a long term basis with the possibility of going permanent.

The Role:

Teaching Assistant
- supporting children with SEND on a one to one basis and in small groups

Typically 8.30am

  • 15:30pm but timings could vary.
The role will vary depending on the needs of individual students

Working collaboratively with the learning support team.

State of the art facilities for teaching, learning and pastoral care.

Lots of opportunities within the school in other areas.

To join us and be successful in this
Teaching Assistant role, you will need to:

  • minimum of six week's experience of supporting young people which you can evidence with references.
  • Have an enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to pay for a new one)
  • Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
  • Provide a CV with 10 years of employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
