Communications Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Communications Advisor to work within an Energy company based near Victoria. Hybrid model at least three days in the office per week. Hours 9-5.30pm Monday - Friday. Salary dependant on experience.

Skills:

  • Organised and works with high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficient in writing copy and editing documents (provide companywide support)
  • Proficient in the use of Word and Power Point for preparation and contribution to weekly, monthly, and annual reporting
  • Ability to effectively manage priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • Analytical with an eye for detail
  • Flexible able to work additional hours if required at busy periods.
  • Responds positively to change and pressure.
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Team player; inclusive and transparent style
  • Familiar in working with documentation systems including periodic review and development of procedures and retention of records.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 510 years of experience (external, internal and crisis comms expertise)
  • Copywriting and editing experience.
  • Fluent in Portuguese (desirable)
  • Knowledge of energy (desirable)
