We are recruiting experienced support workers to join our floating support team in Fareham.
Working across multiple locations, as well as longer placements in single services, our floating support staff help to cover rota gaps throughout the area.
In this varied and engaging role, our floating support team work across a variety of Dimensions locations, promoting independence and supporting adults with learning difficulties to live happy and fulfilled lives.
This includes supporting people with; wellbeing; finances; personal care; medication administration; mobility; meal preparation; accessing the community; attending appointments; and keeping in touch with family.
