Job Title: Female Support Worker - Waking Nights

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team in Farnham. As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting five gentlemen with autism and learning disabilities in their home. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure their safety and well-being during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular "keeping safe checks" to ensure the individuals are safe and comfortable.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Keep accurate records using IT systems, including support plans, incident logs, and health and safety records.
  • Create a calm and therapeutic environment for the individuals.
  • Support individuals to make the most of their late evenings/nighttime.
  • Provide personal care when required.
