Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality play and leisure services to disabled children and young people, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement play and leisure programs that meet the needs of our service users.
- Provide support and guidance to young people, promoting their independence and confidence.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
As a Play and Youth Worker with Disability Challengers, you will benefit from:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
- The opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
