An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an exceptional Head of CRM with extensive team management skills to lead this team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the CRM team in the implementation of campaigns, supporting the annual Marketing Plan, our digital service objectives and our audience objectives according to best practice and to maximise performance against KPIs.
  • Formulate the CRM strategy, develop customer lifecycle, customer lifetime value and next best action frameworks to optimize product consumption.
  • Lead the relationship with our CRM providers, taking responsibility for their technical development roadmap and general support to best achieve the BBC's objectives.
  • Build influential, trusted relationships with BBC stakeholders especially in Product and key services Editorial leads, that support the delivery of KPIs.
  • Lead and linemanage the team, so they operate at the upper limits of the CRM specialism.
  • Ensure robust measurement is in place, using data to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness against KPIs.
  • Expert in CRM strategy, practice and performance, with record of achievement at senior level within the media industry or an industry with similar scale and complexity.
  • Extensive experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Airship products and of getting best performance out of third party suppliers.
  • Experienced team leader
  • Ability to influence people at all levels within a complex matrix environment, particularly with a Product background.
