Job Title: Head of Commercial Asset Management

Insight Investment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Commercial team in London as the Head of Commercial Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive business growth and improve customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM systems and deliver business requirements.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership teams to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with users to promote best practices in CRM usage and provide training and support.
  • Ensure CRM systems are aligned with business objectives and deliver a positive ROI.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and their applications in a commercial setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proven experience in CRM strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
