Job Title: Head of CRM

Insight Investment is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its CRM efforts as the Head of CRM. This role will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of Salesforce, ensuring it remains a key enabler of business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of Salesforce configurations, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce best practices and ensure users are adequately trained to maximize the platform's potential.
  • Drive business value through data analysis and insights, presenting findings to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure Salesforce remains a key enabler of business growth, driving revenue and customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in CRM strategy and implementation, with a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and present findings effectively.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts simply, with a strong focus on business outcomes.
  • Experience in driving business growth and revenue through data-driven insights.
