Our Organisation:

Reliance Social Housing C.I.C (RSH) is a not-for-profit registered provider of social housing, regulated by Homes England. Registered in 2018, reliance has expanded and innovated, providing both temporary and general needs accommodation.

The Role:

Reporting to the Property Compliance Manager of RSH.

You will have responsibility for assisting in the efficient administration of the property compliance department on a full-time time basis (37.5 hours per week).


Key elements of the role include:

  • Written / verbal communication with the managing agents / external organisations.
  • Maintain the inspection scheduling calendars
  • Auditing HHSRS reports
  • Managing and recording of Compliance documents
  • Adhere to departmental processes and procedures.
  • Maintain and keep up to date all property compliance information on the RSH CRM.
  • General administration duties associated with our managing agents in relation to their property compliance documents and health and safety audits.
  • Query handling.
  • Problem solving.
Any other duties related to compliance department as the business requires.

You:

We are looking for a hardworking and confidential team player who can grow in this role.

You are likely to have the following key attributes:

  • Good understanding of Health and safety regulations within the Housing Sector
  • Attention to detail combined with the ability to communicate accurately and clearly.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Good understanding and practical working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Google Drive / Calendar.
  • Competent with I.T. systems
  • Motivated team player with good interpersonal skills critical in a 'people' business

Experience:

  • 1 years in an administration role
Microsoft Office: 1 years (required)

  • 2 years in Health and Safety role.

Desired:

1 Year experience in Housing Sector
