The Cluster Manager role is responsible for ensuring that each clinic in your area achieves financial, customer service, and operational goals and plans.
The role provides leadership and management oversight for the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective and integrated patient care consistent with organizational values and practices.
Responsible for the Clinics' Foundation, Cornerstone and Urgent Care Accreditation (where applicable)Health & Safety is managed and risk is managed in line with organisational requirements and tools/audits/policies/procedures
Manage team rosters (nursing, medical and administration) in partnership with Practice Managers and Medical Leads and, in alignment with the planned budget and staffing guidelines.
P&L Accountability for overall Cluster performanceExcellent financial acumen/interpretation, with clear reporting ca

~ Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
~ Good knowledge of a variety of software packages including Microsoft 365.
~ A high level of skill and knowledge of MedTech 32 practice management software or similar will be a definite advantage.
